For the 2026 season, we will be specializing in grass cutting of small to medium residential properties in order to provide the highest standard of service. Customers will have the option of having their grass clippings and Fall leaves mulched or, for a small additional fee, bagged and placed at the desired location on your property. All grass cutting services include string trimmer edging. For an additional fee, bush trimming is also available during grass cuts. Customers subscribed to weekly grass cutting may also request quotes for hand-weeding services on an as-needed basis.

All Kisic Property Services customers receive lawn mowing services once per week on a variable day of the week. If persistent inclement weather disrupts multiple days, you will be refunded for the missed week. However, we make all attempts to schedule around poor weather to ensure consistent service.

As a small, local, family-run business, we pride ourselves on ensuring our prices are not only fair but extremely competitive due to the reduced overhead. When we quote your property, we will consider factors including but not limited to the size of your property, the terrain and obstacles, the amount of edging required, bush trimming, and whether you desire your yard clippings mulched (less expensive) or collected. Once your weekly rate is determined, you will be billed monthly for your weekly rate multiplied by the number of expected cutting weeks in the month. A cutting week is any week that contains a Wednesday (for example, a month ending on a Tuesday would have the final shortened week billed the following month).

Invoices are sent by the first of the month for the new month. You will have until the 15th of the month to pay. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, services will be suspended at your property and a late fee may be assessed and enforced before work resumes. Payment may be made by cash, check (made payable to "Kisic Property Services LLC" and sent to 416 Meeder Ln, Cranberry Township, PA 16066), Venmo (@Rich-Kisic), or via credit/debit card using the "PAY MY BILL" link at the top of the page (enabled during the season).
